Barcelona is killing the very thing they love and they can't conquer it

La Masia is not to be touched

Fc Barcelona was recently given a transfer ban by FIFA(which has been temporarily suspended) over its policy of signing youth playes for its fabled youth academy, La Masia . The bigger question for los cules will be that why should they spend so much money when they have world-class players in their own backyard.
They Spent upward of a 100M on Brazilian sensation Neymar, who has scored 21 goals in 48 matches(spending 3483 minutes on the pitch, an average of 166 minute per goal) whereas Local boy Gerrard Deulofeu has shown his influence in Everton , scoring 6 goals(in just 1453 minutes).
Why make such a high-risk bet on Neymar at a time when the club is already in huge debts(Gross debt is 450M+).

And this is not the first time that the club has made such a transfer,Buying Cesc Fabregas back from arsenal for 42M resulted in Thiago Alcantara getting almost no playing time which resulted in him handing in a transfer request and moving to the german giants bayern where he has flourished. And as a result of mismanagement of La Masia players , Clubs like Arsenal(Hector Balerron,Miguel) swoop in and take the best players.

Villas-Boas: another Mourinho on the prowl at Chelsea?

Mourinho_villas_boas66666666666_crop_650x440_crop_650x440
The media is very hyped up about Chelsea's latest manager(hell, they keep changing every summer).there have been comparisons between  former manager Jose Mourinho(now plying his trade at Real Madrid) and him.
But will he live up to the the hype. according to me ,NO,he is gonna fail miserably .Chelsea have got a lot of players on the wrong side of 30(Drogba,Cole,Anelka) and their latest buy hasn't proved as successful as they would have liked (WTF!! only 1 goal for 50M).

Fabregas Problem

For years it has been said that Cesc Fabregas is blaugrana quality and he should return to camp  Nou .What Pep is missing is that he no longer needs Cesc .He would cost around 40M  and the player they can uise instead will be for free. The player also has Catalonia in his blood .That player is Thiago Alcantara,Who currently plays for Barcelona B.his passing is surely Tiki-Taka Style and he looks a worthy successor of Xavi ,when  he decides to retire.Barcelona could use the money it has on improving(further) its youth system because all the first team can be replaced by Barcelona B players(Honorable mention : Marc Bartra, Sergi Roberts).

Guide to man united's transfer woes

Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson is reportedly keen to freshen up his Premier League winning squad and here are a few bits of advice for the wily Scot.
OUT: Dimitar Berbatov (striker)
Clearly had the season of his life last term but if Sir Alex Ferguson is not going to use him as first choice then having an unhappy player in the dressing room will serve no useful purpose. If a good offer comes in, best to sell.
OUT: Jonny Evans (defender)
A shadow of the confident player he was when he first broke into the Man United first team, now that Phil Jones is at Old Trafford it would make sense to sell the Northern Ireland international as he isn’t good enough for a club of this stature
OUT: Bebe (attacker)
Whilst he is not as bad as some would have you believe this Portuguese international is still way short of the kind of quality you would expect from a Man United first team player. Could well be heading to Besiktas on loan and may never return.
OUT: Gabriel Obertan (winger)
Takes the term "flatter to deceive" to a whole new level. The Frenchman never seems to pick the right option, be it when trying to find a team-mate or when going straight for goal. It’s no surprise that the former Bordeaux man has failed to net a single senior international cap.

OUT: Tomasz Kuszczak (keeper)

It’s sometimes better to be cruel and not kind. The Polish international has been decent when called upon during his many years sitting on the bench during Edwin van der Sar’s time at the club, it’s clear that Ferguson wants to bring in a new first choice and already has Anders Lindegaard as backup. Time for Kuszczak to leave.
IN: Alex Sanchez (winger/attacker) – Udinese
Sir Alex Ferguson’s side misses goals from the midfield and Chilean winger/attacker Alexis Sanchez may well be the ideal man to take over where Cristiano Ronaldo left off.
IN: David de Gea (keeper) – Atletico Madrid
Young Spanish keeper has a shed-load of potential and is most certainly the ideal long-term replacement for Edwin van der Sar
IN: Jack Rodwell (midfielder) – Everton
Now that Owen Hargreaves has left the club Ferguson still needs added steel in the centre of his midfield and now may be the time to finally land this long term Toffees target.
IN: Ashley Young (winger) – Aston Villa
Another long term Ferguson target and one who appears to be edging himself closer to the Villa Park exit. Now a regular in the England set-up and perhaps in the form of his career.
IN: Eden Hazard (midfielder) – Lille
One of the hottest prospects in Europe and could well be an ideal player to link midfield and attack, nifty footwork and a great footballing brain.
